The staff were very friendly/warm/caring in every way. In my two visits they did everything to make me comfortable.

All nurses and Dr's so caring and re-assuring, everything explained and nothing forced but treatment plan worked out together. I would never be able to put in words properly now grateful I am that you saved my life and for the care you have given me for 3 months. Most common request for improvement has been for radio/TV to be available - TV on ward is broken.

Amazing group of people that helped me through the tough times. Big thank you to my doctor/Beth/Romana/Ali/Rachel/Nicole/Sara in the Chilgrove ward. Thank you and keep up the great help for us.

Care was very good, appendix burst before going in to have it removed due to doctors delaying operation. I feel it should have been done as a matter of urgency.

Not so much noise at night. All the nurses were helpful and thoughtful and very kind and had so much TLC to live.
